Odessa Memorial Park is conveniently located right off of route 13, but has no official driving address. If you are unfamiliar with the area, you can use 628 Main St. Odessa, DE as a driving address. It’s a private residence across from the park so by the time you get there you should see the small gravel parking area for the park. There is a lot of traffic on Main St. so be very careful when getting the kids in and out of the car here. 
Besides the playground, there’s a basketball court, large open field, picnic tables, paved walking path around the perimeter and a port-a-potty. The park is rather modest, but worth checking off your bucket list. We hid 5 rocks during our visit, so take a trip to Odessa Memorial Park to try to find them 🙂
